**The Role**

We are looking for someone with a real passion for data and e-commerce. Someone who is actively surrounded by the Ecom community out of passion and gets a real kick out of implementing a change to bump conversion rate and see how it impacts sales. Someone who runs an A/B test and is inspired by the potential after seeing the results.

We have so much opportunity ahead of us and are looking for an enthusiastic self starter to take hold of our website and optimise the entire experience. We ship out of multiple countries and so want our website to reflect a seamless buying experience for our customers in each country.

With the freedom to zoom out and affect the entire funnel from marketing campaigns, through to CRO and post purchase experience, this role provides the opportunity to learn and play a significant role in our fast growth.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conversion rate optimisation - Constant review and improvement of site traffic and conversion.
- Create and optimise landing pages to improve effectiveness of paid traffic.
- Optimise website to tailor experience to the users location. Make the site feel as local as possible to further improve conversion.
- Run A/B tests across many areas to improve performance.
- Manage all aspects of website, including products, apps, settings and sale go-live.
- Work closely with the marketing team to test and implement strategies to drive traffic and improve sales.
- Analyze data to identify trends, develop insights, and recommend strategies for improving performance.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, 3PL, and website developers.
- Stay current with emerging e-commerce technologies and platforms and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

**Required Experience**
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- At least 1 year experience in ecommerce management or related, data driven field.
- Strong understanding of Google analytics, shopify and ecom technologies
- Ability to think and learn independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically.
