CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Production Services Technician on behalf of a world leading Pharmaceutical Company to be based at their site in Pirbright on a permanent basis.**About the Company**:
Our client is a world leading developer and manufacturer of breakthrough therapies that improve the lives of both humans and animals. **About the Role**:
The main purpose of this position is to maintain and deliver washed and sterile equipment for the site, and external customers.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation and delivery of production equipment such as sterile glassware and final product bottles.
- Washing and sterilisation of equipment.
- Supporting in formulation of trial blends according to SOPs.
- Maintenance of autoclaves by performing regular testing cycles, cleaning and assisting with cleaning validation.
- Operation and organisation of laundry to ensure a consistent supply of clean garments and towels.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Out of hours maintenance of liquid nitrogen vessels.
- Implementation of good housekeeping and 5S principles.
- Investigation of EHS incidents.
- Assisting in the reporting and closure of CAPAs, change controls and deviations.
**About You**:
To be considered for the position you should ideally have experience of working in a highly regulated production environment. Experience of working in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry would be highly beneficial for this position.
