Sales Admin Support

**Knowledge and experience**:
- Ability to undertake general office procedures such as filing, inputting orders and dealing with basic customer enquiries with minimum supervision
- Previous experience within a customer facing environment would be preferable but suitable training will be provided
- Ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel with relevant key board skills
- Previous experience using and maintaining management information systems, databases and customer relationship systems would be beneficial
**Skills and abilities**:
- Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Customer focused, with good client liaison skills
- Well organised, with ability to effectively manage own time, prioritise work and focus on key tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective IT skills
- Able to work on own initiative
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
