As our International Content Creator you will be responsible for creating, curating and publishing a quality, blended digital experience that showcases our international services. Your role will be pivotal in helping devise and implement an offer that educates and inspires our existing customers and attracts prospective customers to our solutions.
Supporting the Head of International Development and working closely with the Marketing team, your key responsibilities will include producing marketing copy, writing blog posts about industry and International trade related topics as well as promoting our content on social media. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing, generating traffic and leads for new business. A good understanding of the International Courier and Express Parcels market and matters relating to international trade will be key.
**Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility**
- Creating and writing international campaigns, articles, infographics and blogs including research, content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ownership of the international website content to ensure it is up to date, relevant and operating correctly, liaising with the appropriate marketing and IT stakeholders to implement any changes.
- Planning, producing and creating a programme of digital content to be used in our international website across all our sales channels and presentation collateral to increase engagement with audiences and stakeholders.
- Developing creative ideas, suggesting new innovative ways of delivering international content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Staying up to date with the wider digital/social industry and industry news acting as a key lead to share knowledge within the department.
- Contributing and collaborating on the International Sales and Marketing strategy including the launch of new products and services.
- Supporting SEO strategy through continuously identifying new opportunities to improve organic ranking through additional content creation, key words or implementing on-page changes and reviewing backlink strategies.
- Setup and run Webinars on topics that educate the audience on the simplicity and the benefits of exporting with DPD.
- Represent DPD UK at DPDgroup meetings and events, some travel may be required.

- Increased international services awareness (article and bulletin views/social shares & engagement/ customer surveys)
- Improved international customer base and prospect engagement (website traffic/Click through rates/request for contact responses/lead generation)
- International revenue generation (campaign impact reporting/Sales lead conversion)
- Optimised search ranking of international product and services (analytics reporting)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct in-depth research and strong pattern recognition
- Highly creative with broad knowledge of all media production methods for creation and delivery
- Experienced in creating and curating content that focused on lead generation
- Good knowledge of digital marketing techniques and SEO principles
- Excellent collaboration and partnering skills
- Highly organised, good time management skills and able to execute projects to tight deadlines
- Resilience, self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
