Care Coordinator needed for an established charity that provide domiciliary care in Westminster. Salary up to £27,000.

They are a passionate charity who have been around for nearly 2 decades. They hold Good CQC and pride themselves for not only providing care and support to their clients, but equally looking after their staff. All carers have calls within walking distance, and the Care Coordinators will NOT need to participate in providing hands-on care; it is important to the charity that the Care Coordinators are able to concentrate on managing the rotas only. Care Coordinators will only need to participate in 3 to 4 hours on-call a week. This consists of holding the on-call phone (from home), fielding calls either 6am to 9am or 5pm to 9pm once a week.

**The Role;**
As the Care Coordinator you will:

- Be responsible for a team of support staff who you will need to regularly liaise with to ensure all calls are covered and attended.
- Planning rotas 2 weeks in advance and being responsible for matching the right carers with the clients to keep consistency.
- Make sure that the online system is regularly updated.

**The Person;**
To be considered for the Care Coordinator role, you will need:

- Previous scheduling experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of domiciliary care.
- NVQ / QCF level 2 Health and Social Care as a minimum.
- Clear communication skills.
