**The post holder will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to assist the team in delivering its function and meeting its targets. To work as part of a team and to support other officers and contribute to the successful delivery of its service.**

**The Role**

***
- **Provide assistance to the team in all aspects of its area of function**:

- **Liaison with client, stakeholders and third parties where necessary**:

- **Gather and submit performance data as and when required**:

- **Develop, produce and maintain accurate records on all associated work areas**:

- **Liaise with other staff within Cheshire East Highways and the Council associated with allocated work**:

- **Preparation of agenda, attend and minute meetings associated with the team’s function**:

- **To contribute with positive and proactive communications to Members, staff, interested parties and the wider public for all matters regarding the team’s area of work**

**About You**

***
- **Have at least 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths**:

- **Proven ability in creating pivot tables and charts using MS Excel is essential**:

- **Experience in the creation of databases using MS Access is desirable**:

- **Previous experience working in a local government environment is desirable**:

- **Proven ability in updating and maintaining corporate web pages is desirable**
