M&a Vice President Tmt

Gambit Search are working with a highly reputable international mid-market investment bank to assist in their recruitment drive for a Vice President to sit within their TMT focused team.
Based in London you would be joining a team of seasoned investment banking professionals to assist on both domestic and cross-border TMT transactions being a key part of the deal process from origination to execution. Responsibilities will include preparingpitch presentations, drafting and producing complex information memorandums, liaising with current and prospective clients, as well as managing more junior members of the team.
In order to be suitable for this position the team are looking to speak with those who are currently in a lead advisory / M&A / Investment Banking position at either a top accounting firm, M&A boutique or mid-cap investment bank.
You will have a minimum of 5 years (sell-side) M&A experience either specialising in the TMT space or in a sector agnostic role with deal exposure in TMT.
