We are a boutique wealth manager that is young in years and very ambitious. The company was born out of the CEO’s belief that putting client’s needs and aspirations at the heart of what we do will enable us to change lives. We place huge value on honestyand reliability, this is core to how we do business with our clients and with each other. Our growing office is based in Edinburgh’s charming West end and we are now fully in scale mode. We have an expanding team of advisers who require additional administrativesupport. We place high expectations on ourselves in the way that we deliver for our clients and always look to offer a best in class experience.
An eye for detail and someone who genuinely cares about our clients and enjoys working in a fast paced environment will thrive in this role. To hit the ground running you’ll need experience as an administrator and be comfortable working with the required attention to detail. Core responsibilities are:
- Able to use Office 365 suite, with experience in Excel.
- Income reconciliation,
- Banking,
- Assisting with the smooth running of our office and client meetings,
- Comfortable prioritising your own workload (post training),
- Maintaining client files.
