We’re looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join an established and innovative financial services company in Bristol. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a Digital Marketing oreCommerce background to play an important role in generating more leads and sales through driving traffic and boosting brand awareness**.**
**What you’ll be doing**
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will:

- Report to the Head of Marketing and Performance
- Oversee the Paid Media strategies across Paid Search and some Paid Social
- Manage your own team to implement Paid Media strategies and be hands on where necessary
- Show a strong analytical grounding to assess data and present performance reports to the business
- Play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team to drive brand success

**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- At least 5 years of experience managing a team
- In-house experience is a must
- Extensive experience working on Paid Media campaigns such as paid search, social, content networks, programmatic display and app.
- Extremely data-driven and analytical in nature to understand performance and produce reports
