**Overview of role**:
**Location: Belfast**

**Closing Date: 31st October 2024**

Responsible for leading across a 4 shift based Hygiene Team ensuring co-ordination of the team, allocating cleaning tasks and ensuring
completion of tasks to the required standards through monitoring and coaching. You will be working rotational day and night shifts.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- To ensure the factory is deep cleaned and kept to the required ABSS, BRC & customer standards and that the site maintains

an audit ready status at all times
- To take the lead in Health & Safety, ensuring that all aspects of site procedures are adhered to and all staff are working

safely at all times
- To ensure site facilities, changing areas, offices, canteen and site perimeter are kept clean and to a high standard

**The Right Person**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience within a FMCG environment is essential
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of leading a team is essential
- The ability to plan and prioritise workload is essential
- To be Proactive and a self starter
- To demonstrate good attention to detail
- Management of hygiene systems and control of chemicals and equipment is desirable
- Waste and recycling management experience is desirable
- The ability to carry out training eg., Health & Safety, IOSH, Internal Auditing, Risk Assessments and Pest Management

is desirable
- Experience of dealing with auditors is desirable
- Experience in conducting performance reviews is desirable
