**Role: BARISTA SUPERVISOR**

We place our customers at the heart of everything we do, and with an outstanding team behind us, we’re looking to add a Barista Supervisor to the team.

You will supervise the team and work in hand with our management team to ensure that we continue to serve excellence throughout the store whilst maintaining health and Safety regulations, ensuring that Food Safety and COSHH regulations are followed.

You will need to manage your workload, and that of your team - being attentive to preparation and ensuring service runs smoothly, with a focus on hygiene.

2 years of previous supervisory experience within the industry is a must, along with good references and consistent work history.

**Hours of Work**

Part-time positions are available between 16 - 26 hours and full-time positions are between 26 - 40 hours per week.

Applicants should be fully flexible Morning through afternoon on weekdays from 06:30 - 16:30 as shift patterns will run from morning throughout lunch, and weekends from 08:00 - 17:00.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.15 per hour
