**What You Will Be Doing**

**Bartenders**:

- Serve **high-quality beers, cocktails, wines, and spirits** with confidence and skill.
- Maintain a **well-stocked, clean, and organised** bar area.
- Engage with guests, **recommend drinks, and provide excellent service**.
- Support **stock control, ordering, and bar maintenance**.
- Follow **licensing laws and responsible alcohol service procedures**.

**Servers**:

- Provide **friendly and attentive table service** in the restaurant, bar, and outdoor areas.
- Have **strong menu knowledge** to assist guests with recommendations.
- Deliver **food and drinks efficiently**, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Handle **guest inquiries and feedback** with professionalism.
- Maintain **clean and well-presented dining spaces**.

- Experience in **bartending, serving, or hospitality roles** is preferred, but **training will be provided**.
