We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Part-Time Bartender to join our dynamic team and help elevate our guests' experience.

**Job Overview**:
You will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient service while crafting high-quality drinks and offering guidance on our extensive beer selection. You’ll be a key player in creating a positive atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their visit is memorable. You’ll be knowledgeable about beer, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable interacting with a variety of personalities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beer Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our 28 rotating beer lines, including styles, flavour profiles, and the unique characteristics of each brew. Be prepared to educate customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and serve drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure guests have a positive experience and address any concerns in a timely manner.
- **Drink Preparation**: Pour beers, craft cocktails, and other beverages to order with accuracy and attention to detail. Follow proper pouring techniques, especially for draft beers, to maintain the quality of each pour.
- **Cash Handling & Point of Sale**: Accurately process payments using the POS system, handle cash, credit cards, and tips according to company procedures.
- **Cleanliness & Organization**: Maintain a clean, organized bar area including glassware, utensils, and beer taps. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping down counters, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is ready for service.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Work alongside other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- **Event Support**: Assist with taproom events, tastings, and promotions, including interacting with guests, pouring beers, and helping with setup/cleanup.

**Qualifications**:

- **Beer Enthusiast**: A strong interest or background in craft beer, brewing, and the craft beer community. Prior experience with a wide variety of beer styles is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous bartending or food service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with a passion for beer and service.
- **Customer-Focused**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with a wide range of customers, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service and attention to detail.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work cohesively with others in a team-oriented environment.
- **Age Requirement**: Must be at least 18 years of age.

**Schedule**:

- Part-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is a plus.
- Casual contract

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
