**Part time position - 3 days per week**

Working in a small friendly team, you’ll provide a first class service to customers over the phone and in store, gaining a good understanding of the customer’s requirements by asking the right questions about what they need and providing them with the right solution and products for the job. You will also use your skills to maximise the sales opportunity through relevant add-ons.

This role will be required to travel to other local stores so a driving licence and own transport are essential. Fuel costs for all travel will be met by the Company.

The role as a Customer Service / Sales Advisor will be varied, involving customer service, sales, administration and more practical tasks, such as lock checks and ensuring the units are clean and ready to rent.

Essential Skills
- You must have an understanding of great customer service and enjoy interacting with the customer.
- You must be confident and able to suggest add-on products
- Have accurate administration / computer skills.
- Be a team player.
- A full driving licence and own transport are essential as you will be required to support other local stores in the area on occasions.
