Opie Oils, a leading supplier of automotive lubricants, fluids, and car parts, is currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Redruth warehouse. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a pivotal role in our e-commerce operations by accurately picking and packing automotive oil and car parts orders for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently pick and pack automotive oil and car parts orders to fulfill customer requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in order processing and packaging to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct quality checks on products to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and conducting stock counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and packaging.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
