**About The Role**

We are looking for Operatives at all levels to work with us at our Manufacturing sites. We have permanent opportunities available and can be flexible around working patterns and shifts.
Depending on your previous experience, you could be working on our busy production lines, cleaning machinery, or even maintaining the machinery to ensure we can keep our fast lines moving

**Roles available are**:
Manufacturing Operative - Production
Manufacturing Operative - Hygiene
Manufacturing Key Operative - Warehouse & FLT

**About You**

You don’t need to have any warehouse experience - we’ll provide all of the training and support that you need

You’ll be the kind of person who:

- Loves working as part of a team
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Works well as part of a team and enjoys being physically active
- Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout shift where tasks are repetitive
- Is open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures

**About the site**

Based in Redruth and Falmouth in Cornwall, Falfish joined the Morrisons family in March 2021.
Falfish source 56 different species of fish, and supply over 80% of the fish we sell in our stores. That includes our core fish counter range like mackerel, cod, monkfish and scallops, together with more wild species of fish like Spidercrab, Wild Seabass andSeabream.
And with a team of 140 over two sites we've never been more committed to bringing sustainable seafood and fish to our customers.
