At Whittlebury Park, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic hospitality superstars to join the food & beverage team. Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award-winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant luxurious spa and championship golf course.

**Salary**:
£23961.60 per annum (based on 40 hours per week)

**Full time, Part time and Casual contracts available.**

**What will you do?**

As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will:

- Provide exceptional service to all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the wider department to ensure the smooth operation of various outlets, including restaurants, bars, and leisure club.
- Enhance guest experience with your knowledge of our offerings.
- Prepare service areas, including setting tables, moving furniture, and polishing cutlery.
- Work in diverse settings, such as weddings, banquets, estate events, and different bars (Atrium Bar, Silverstone bar, and function bars).
- Assist with breakfast service, including early shifts and managing the buffet.
- Support dinner service during late shifts.
- Be knowledgeable about drinks and confidently assist guests with their drink choices.
- Adapt to varying work hours, including weekends, late evenings, holidays, and early morning shifts.

This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management.
The hours of work will vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
