Kenneth Brian Associates are exclusively working with a PE backed fin-tech business based in Epsom.

Due to recent growth including an impending acquisition, our client is seeking a ACA or ACCA qualified accountant to join their finance team.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Manage 2 staff members within the finance team, helping drive strategy and direction.
- Preparing the monthly management accounts and month end reports.
- Detailed analysis of WIP
- Documenting and streamlining the month end process.
- Responsibility for the full 'Order to Cash’ cycle - contract controls, invoicing, collection and credit control
- Business partnering with sales and marketing and other areas of the business.
- Maintaining accurate revenue recognition schedules with full analytical detail
- Developing reporting to support all stakeholders.

**The Requirements**
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- High level of computer literacy - needs to be a proficient user of financial systems.
- Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables and use of advanced formulae.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident communicator at all levels.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and provide insight on financial reports.
- A good understanding of the different functions of finance
