**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Line management responsibility of site supervision and craft.
- Management of IR related issues for project delivery.
- Liaise with framework/project construction teams driving schedule and opportunity.
- Support the HR consultant in managing grievance/discipline issues.
- Support resourcing teams for onboarding, offboarding and re-deployments of craft movements.
- Comfortable with supporting meetings with Trade Union Representatives.
- Driving safety performance and reporting in forms of safety inspections, BZO’s and V+/S+.Lead, manage and coordinate absence management processes.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experience of working within nuclear establishments & following Nuclear Professionalism Standards & Expectations.
- Previous experience of manging and coordinating teams inclusive of Craft & Supervision.
- Site Supervisor/Manager Qualification or equivalent.
- IOSH Managing Safely qualified.
- Experience of Human Resources processes and procedures as well as supporting HR consultant in managing grievance/discipline issues.
- Able to obtain security clearance.
- Experience and understanding of working to unionised working rule agreements (CIJC & NAECI).Experience in multi-discipline construction delivery.
