Beauty and Fragrance Consultant

**Synergy Promotions are a leading Travel Retail Promotional Agency who promote the world’s leading Luxury Beauty, Fragrance & Liquor brands within Airport Duty Free Stores, across the United Kingdom & Ireland. Due to continued expansion we are looking for enthusiastic FULL-TIME Beauty & Fragrance Consultants to join our team in Manchester Airport.**

You must be 18 years or over and have a **VALID right to work** in the U.K. Please note due to the nature of the role being self-employed you can choose your own shift patterns however you must be flexible to work some weekends as we operate 365 days a year. We have shift times that run from 4am/5am right through to 7/8/9/10pm in the evening 7 days per week (minimum 6 hours shift).

**Main duties of this role will include**:

- To be the face of a variety of Beauty & fragrance houses.
- Introduce customers to the brands and engage them in the product
- Provide the highest quality customer service to all customers
- Deliver a seamless customer service experience, building customer loyalty
- Ability to work to sales targets
- Working cooperatively with team members to accomplish sales and service targets

**Person Requirements**:

- Experience selling luxury perfumes or beauty products
- Outgoing and confidence to engage with the public
- Excellent Timekeeping
- Must be able to work effectively in a team
- Highly Motivated and able to function in a target environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced landscape
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales experience
- Second language is advantageous
- Availability for Full-Time work
- Excellent Grooming Standards

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- beauty sales: 1 year (preferred)
