HR Generalist Part Time

HR Generalist required for a manufacturing business based near Didcot. The position would be suited to a HR Business Partner or HR Manager or stand alone HR Generalist looking for two days per week, hybrid with visiting the office 2/3 days per month.
As HR Manager the responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Experience required:
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
