This role is crucial in maintaining effective communication between various departments and clients, ultimately contributing to the smooth operation of our services.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules for staff and resources to optimise efficiency.
- Liaise with clients to confirm appointments and address any scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all necessary preparations are made for scheduled activities.
- Monitor and update scheduling software to reflect real-time changes.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report generation.
- Assist in the development of scheduling policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
Pay: £23,000.00 per year
