The Loft Doctor has an immediate vacancy for 2 full time Joiners/ loft board installers. The role can be either employed or self-employed, vehicle supplied or van allowance if you use your own.

We are a leading supplier of Loft Insulation and associated services including loft ladders, loft boarding (utilising our unique Floor_Raise _(TM) system), and loft hatches throughout the North West.

We have new offices, and as part of our expansion plan require 2 Top Installers to look after our clients and attend installs throughout the North-West with jobs typically ranging from a half to two days duration.

Fitters will be required to attend our client’s homes and install our award winning loft boarding, loft ladders, loft hatches and insulation in an efficient and quality controlled way in order to collect balances on completion without issue, and to the total satisfaction of our clients. A can do attitude and tidy and clean way of working required.

**Requirements**:
1/A mature person with a strong understanding of installing loft Insulation, ladders (wood and aluminium), boarding out (ideally using a floor raise system) and loft hatches etc. Applicants must be confident in carefully forming new / enlarging existing ceiling openings including cutting out and trimming of joists etc.

2/ This role would be suited to a person with a strong joinery and refurbishment / home improvement background (ideally NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualified) with an understanding of how to deliver an efficient and top-quality service to our clients in their home.

3/ Excellent work record and good customer service skills.

4/ Must be a hands-on individual who is able to use their initiative and has the ability to overcome issues as they arise (must also attend site to solve remedials and get stuck in as and when required).

5/ Joinery and building services experience essential.

6/ Must have all own tools.

7/ Driving Licence. held for 8 years

8/ Apple phone/ I pad required as we use a live diary system for all work.

9/ Applicants would be required to collect materials from the Warrington depot as and when required to be on site for 8.30am.

**Renumeration**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Employed Salary: £ 32,500.00 (Monday to Friday)

Self-employed: Typical earnings circa £900.00 per week (Monday to Friday)

Additional van allowance

Fuel supplied

Some Saturday working available
