**WE Talent** is currently working on an exciting opportunity to join a consultancy business based near Manningtree.

The company are looking for an experienced **Customer Service Administrator** to join their long standing team, working with a mixture of SME and large clients nationwide, and servicing their accounts.

The hours for this role are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday and they are offering £22k-£24k per annum depending on experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Being the first point of contact for clients
- Taking details of the project, following the job from start to completion
- Liaising with internal departments and consultants to coordinate timings, and ensure projects are delivered on time and correctly
- Ability to give a consultative approach to work
- Work across multiple projects and clients and working to tight deadlines
- Being able to give the client ongoing support through their projects, providing customer service and regular updates
- Attending and conducting client meetings via Teams or face to face
- Liaising directly with suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail
