IT Infrastructure Analyst - Hybrid Working - Up to £35k
On behalf of our growing client based in Northwich, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic IT Application Analyst. As IT Infrastructure Analyst, you will work on a shift rota basis and report to the Infrastructure and Helpdesk Manager.
The IT Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for:
- Serving as up to the third level of contact for complex end-user support issues, server support, networking issues and infrastructure maintenance.
- Serving as a technical expert to less experienced staff.
- Participate in infrastructure or technical projects as well as helping the Infrastructure and Helpdesk Manager in the day-to-day running of the IT team and systems.
- Updating documentation when required.
- Work with colleagues within the infrastructure team and the Development team
The IT Infrastructure Analyst will have the following:
- Linux Operating Systems (Oracle Linux, Redhat) setup and administration/maintenance
- Networking TCP/IP fundamentals including routing and VLANs in a multi-site organisation.
- Ability to work in a team or solely on task/projects
- Ability to take the initiative when working on tasks to complete to a high standard
- Ability to think outside the box when problem-solving
- Ability to lead and support colleagues in their tasks
- Ability to complete tasks and projects within a time scale
