**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Schemes and Membership Administrator** to join us in our team.

You will be administering membership annual reviews; this will include requesting information and checking documents provided against set criteria from businesses wishing to maintain certification. This will involve liaising with certificated companies, often by telephone to explain the information needed, establish reasonable timescales and then set reminders where information is not received, while maintaining data on our CRM.

In addition, you will support member businesses through consultative review and membership retention telephone calls to ensure the member company understands and is utilising its membership services available to meet its own business demands.

**About APHC**

The Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors (APHC) is the leading trade body for the plumbing and heating industry in England and Wales. We have been a plumbers association since 1925 and represent large plumbing and heating companies working on commercial projects, to sole traders working in domestic properties.

As part of its work, APHC operate a voluntary certification scheme for companies who wish to operate under Competent Persons Scheme (CPS) for building regulation self-certification and Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) for businesses installing low carbon heating technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
