Are you looking for a new role as a Support worker?

Here at Komplex Care, we are offering you the chance to join our ever-expanding team of support workers, supporting those with mental health conditions and learning difficulties.

We offer a bespoke service supporting clients in supported living settings, with a range of different conditions which include but are not limited to mental health conditions, Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders and behaviours that challenge.You will contribute to the delivery of high standard of care and treatment to service users.

Role: Support Worker

Locations : Shifnal or Wolverhampton or Staffordshire

Positions: Full Time / Bank

Pay Rate: £12 - £13 per hour

Shift Pattern: 12 hour blocked shifts (Days and Nights)

Experience required:

- NVQ/QCF in Health and Social care
- Previous experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
- Full UK driving licence
- Being able to think on the fly and come up with creativity solutions to support challenges.
