Insurance Co-ordinator

As a member of the Client Finance Team, you will be part of a team responsible for accurate and efficient processing of insurance and invoicing tasks. Liaising with insurance companies and helping clients with billing enquiries, means you are an important point of contact for our clients.
With a focus on insurance, the role involves
- assessing and submitting claims in a timely manner
- reviewing accounts to assist our clients who require a direct claim
- liaising with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims
- guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the claim
- keeping clients informed at all times, both verbally and in writing
- ensuring prompt and accurate payment of insurance shortfalls along with excess and co-payment liabilities.

We are open to both full time and part time applicant covering shifts from 8.00am to 6.00pm.
