**The Role**

**Are you used to working outdoors in all weathers and are keen to learn a new skill? Do you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy speaking with a variety people? If so, we would love to hear from you**

We are excited to be offering a dynamic, confident, hardworking individual the opportunity to join Wessex Internet and complement the existing Field Sales Team in Blandford Forum.

As a **trainee **within our Field Sales Team, you'll benefit from working alongside experienced team members, learning and developing on the job becoming an expert within your field.

This isn’t your typical Field Sales role. Each day you will be making a positive difference to rural communities by offering our ultrafast broadband packages. The Trainee Field Sales Agent role is customer focused and as part of your job you will play a vital role, gathering information from potential customers in the local community to report back to the relevant departments within Wessex Internet. The job will require you to make courtesy calls, within the local community, by door knocking to make them aware of work that will be carried out in their area, who we are and what we have to offer. This will enable you to help generate leads by canvassing in community project areas.

**Essential Requirements**
- Enthusiastic character with a strong drive to achieve
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient personality
- Good work ethic and solid integrity
- The ability and desire to sell
- A full clean driving licence and access to vehicle

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in cold calling / canvassing
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems
- An understanding of the countryside
- Entrepreneurial spirit

**Salary: Up to **£19,000 per annum, plus a monthly uncapped bonus
