**The Role**
Wessex Internet are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, innovative Direct Sales Agent with a proven record in sales (ideally within door knocking/utilities or lead generation).
We are seeking passionate people who want to make a real difference to the customer and community while helping the business grown. Your talent and experience will help shape the digital future of Dorset and the Southwest by delivering the best broadband and customer service around.
As a member of our Direct Sales Team means you will be the face of Wessex Internet. You will embrace the Wessex Internet Brand and play a pivotal role in engaging with customers to promote our unique propositions that deliver full-fibre broadband within the ever-expanding team.

**We offer a competitive base salary up to £26,000 with an uncapped commission structure. The more successful you are the more you will be rewarded, with OTE of £32,000 with earning capabilities up to £40,000 for high achievers**
**Responsibilities**
- Door-to-door selling into expanding territories
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Generating and closing new sales opportunities
- Day-to-day engagement with both existing & potential customers.
- Management of customer expectations and answering any questions they may have.
- Work closely with the Direct Sales Team to develop effective sales techniques
**Requirements**:
- Previous sales experience (essential)
- Experience with door-to-door knocking / utilities sales (preferred)
- Outgoing with the ability to instantly build rapport.
- Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company.
- Strong organisational skills a must, with exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking combined with persistence and perseverance
- Problem solving - ability to analyse and overcome issues
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
