Support Worker / Care Assistant Metheringham Full, part-time and relief available

About you and the role of Support Worker;
We are looking for people who share our values and can support someone to have the life they want to live. You will work as part of a dynamic and committed team to deliver person centered support to four gentlemen with Cornelia-De-Lange Syndrome and Autism.

Every day will be different and you will play a huge part in enabling the gentlemen you support to live the independent and inclusive life they choose. This is a challenging but extremely rewarding role that can involve anything from supporting someone to get washed and dressed to supporting them to go on an adventure holiday or attend a hospital appointment. We are looking for people with a can do attitude and a willingness to learn, previous experience is desirable but not required.
