**What you'll need**

Previous customer service experience is ideal however our client will consider applicants from alternative industries.

Attitude, behaviours and ability to demonstrate the competencies required in the role are paramount. If you have previous experience of working in a call centre then all the better.

If you have a flair for relating to people, passionate about meeting and exceeding customer expectations and take a logical approach to solving queries and problems, then we would love to hear from you.

**What you'll be doing**

As a Customer Experience Advisor here you'll be working solely on the telephony side of the business, helping customers with their packages and services.

It's fast-paced where you'll be expected to deliver a consistently exceptional service Customer satisfaction and brand reputation are everything.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
