**What will your job look like?**:
This job is all about people. Finding them, connecting with them, and showing them why Lakeland is the right place for them to be. You’ll be recruiting specifically for roles in our distribution centre - but this isn’t your typical warehouse. We have a friendly and inclusive team with people from all backgrounds, and we need your help to add to it.

You’ll need to work out what local jobseekers are ‘really’ after, and what we can offer them that will help us stand out against the competition. This is where your understanding of recruitment law and our employment policies will be key, as you’ll be balancing the needs of potential applicants against the needs of the business.

Once you figure that out, you’ll also need to shout about it too - using everything from job fairs, recruitment days, social media, college notice boards, local advertising, and anything else you can think of to find the best way to reach potential applicants.
