I am excited to be working in partnership with a well known multinational organisation who have acquired an excellent reputation.

They are currently going through a really exciting period of change across the HR function and looking for a Human Resource Business partner to support and deliver their people strategy across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to work for an extremely reputable and rapidly growing organisation. Salary C£65,000 dependant on experience and flexible working options.

**Specifics**:

- Act as a point of contact for the UK management teams in the business services area
- Working in partnership with the HR Business Advisory team, proactively oversees and supports the delivery of the HR calendar
- Build a strong business relationship with both internal the management team members to deliver against a business aligned people plan
- Lead the talent management agenda for the UK business support locations along with meeting business goals through the attraction, development, engagement, retention and deployment of individuals
- Provide coaching to the business line managers and encourage effective communication & objective problem resolutions
- Track and Monitors the delivery of employee relations casework by the HR Business Advisory team
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, taking a lead role where appropriate, to help align the workforce to the strategic goals of the business
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to address people risks

**Experience required**:

- Experience in HR Management across all core areas of HR
- Strong understanding of UK employment law, procedures and processes
- Proven experience in managing complex cases through to conclusion, balancing the needs of both the business and individual
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- CIPID qualified (desirable)
