A great opportunity to join Crowne Plaza Aberdeen Airport, a modern upscale hotel with 165 rooms, restaurant, bar, 10 meeting rooms and banqueting for up to 150. A mixture of shifts are available, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, casual hours to suit.

**Main duties**
- Deliver a high quality food and beverage service and experience for our guests in the restaurant, bar, room service, club lounge, meetings and events, and any other areas as required.
- Contribute as part of the F&B team in achieving the hotel's Guest Love scores and guest satisfaction scores.
- Use the hotel's POS system for accurate ordering, making up accurate bills, taking credit card payments and charging to guest rooms.
- Complete training and comply with all licensing, food safety, fire safety and health & safety requirements in the department.
- To strive and anticipate customer needs whenever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
- To be able to deal with any reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner

**Other duties and responsibilities**
- Knowledge of hotel facilities, restaurant /bar opening times, accessible facilities and room types, etc.
- Adhere to Company Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH legislations.
- Ensure that while you undertake your role you abide by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and safe systems of work appropriate to your role.
- Understand the importance of adhering to company policy with reference to Hazard spotting, first aid reporting, and reporting accidents.
- To have a complete understanding of hotel and Company procedure in the event of a fire, relevant to your role.
- Carry out cleaning duties as required as part of your role.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
