Are you an experienced Nursing or Adult Residential Care **Home Manager** or **General Manager** looking to join a UK leading Independent Provider of Care? Do you fancy a bonus of up to 100% of a £65,000 salary?

A UK **leading Independent Provider of Care** are looking for an experience Home Manager to join them in the **Chepstow, Newport or Bristol area**. You will be a leading face ensuring quality person-centred care in a Home which provides Nursing, Residential, Dementia Care as well as Respite and Short Break Stays.

As the **Home Manager**, you will have full clinical and commercial control of the home and will lead and inspire the dedicated MDT as they provide the quality care the residents deserve. Maintain and improve the service, and you could earn **quality bonuses of up to 100% of your salary**

This is a**Full Time (40hrs)**permanent position within one of the**UK's 25 Best Big Companies to work for.**

**Peripatetic General Managers**and**Operational Managers** welcome and there is some flexibility on location but must be in the**Chepstow / Newport / Bristol area.**

The ideal Home Manager will have:

- A proven track record of driving quality and commercial performance of homes.
- Must have a proven track record of managing care homes (Nursing/residential)
