Scheduling Coordinator – Home Care Services

As our Scheduling Coordinator youll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive consistent high-quality care by managing and coordinating schedules with precision and empathy. Youll be the bridge between our clients Care Professionals and internal teamsmaking sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.What Youll DoCreate and manage schedules that meet both client needs and staff availabilityConsider travel time holidays training and last-minute changesMatch Care Professionals to new clients and arrange introductionsMaintain continuity of care with consistent staff and timingsCommunicate schedule updates across teams quickly and clearlyBuild strong relationships with clients and Care ProfessionalsWork closely with recruitment and care teams to ensure staffing levelsKeep accurate records using our scheduling system (e.g. People Planner)Support the on-call rota (1 in 6 evenings/weekends) and visit clients if neededEnsure compliance with equality diversity and inclusion policies What Were Looking ForExperience in scheduling (home care healthcare logistics or similar)Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office CRM systems People Planner)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsCalm organised and detail-focused under pressureAble to multitask and work independentlyPositive resilient and quick to build rapportFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleRight to work in the UK (no sponsorships available)Additional Information : Are you a detail-driven resilient and people-oriented professional eager to make a real difference in the care sector Were looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our passionate team playing a key role in delivering outstanding service to both our clients and Care Professionals.Please note this position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
