**About The Role**:
**12 months fixed term contract**

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for for monitoring, cleansing and maintaining data held within LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare’s (LPCH) systems.

To support the launch of our patient portal, your role will involve ensuring that any intended patient facing data is accurately placed in the correct fields & is up to date.

This role will be predominately home based however you will be required to work on a hybrid basis and travel to our offices in Derby as required.
