One of the fastest-growing international electric motor technology companies is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Divisional Sales Manager to join their London-based Sales team.
If you are an experienced Account Manager or Sales Manager with significant B2B experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join a leading company
**About the Company**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Key account management : updating customer activities on the CRM and back-end systems, project managing deliverables, chasing orders.
- Preparing & reviewing quotes and sales orders ensuring that these meet margin criteria
- Preparing sales plans and presenting motor division sales reports
- Preparing and updating motor division sales pipeline (short and long term pipelines) and margin contribution
- Ensuring that your team is meeting the agreed KPIs
**Required Experience**:
- Over 10 years B2B account management experience with international clients
- Previous experience in managing small sales teams (remotely and in-person)
- You must be able to speak and write English to a native standard.
- A second European language will be of great benefit - German, Spanish or French
- Experience of using CRM’s, as well as G-Suite.
- Hands-on approach to your work.
- A team ethos and a can-do attitude
