**Salary range**:£12 per hr with paid break

**Contract**:Permanent 17hrs per week

3-week rolling rota shift pattern, working 8 hrs per shift

Week 1 - Monday 11am -7pm, Friday 10am -6pm

Week 2 - Monday 11am -7pm, Friday 10am -6pm

Week 3 - Monday 11am -7pm, Friday 10am -6pm, Sun 8am

**You’ll help us make health happen by**:

- A spa professional covers a range of responsibility while on shift, similar to a spa receptionist but with more manual duties and responsibilities
- The spa professional will cover the reception desk so the beauty therapists and fitness instructors can carry out daily appointments.
- The spa professional will greet all residents, members, and spa guests.
- The spa professional will assist clients with bookings, the online system, and any enquiries they have.
- They will cover the spa telephone, book all appointments, deal with any emergencies, carrying out CCTV checks.
- They will support the spa team and manager will all health and safety related tasks such as pool side checks.
- They will ensure the spa is always kept clean and tidy, making sure the coffee station is replenished, towels are available, dirty towels are taken to the laundry, ensure all floors are swept and clean.
- They will carry out pool tests every 2 hours while on shift, ensuring chemical levels are within range / actioning when out of range. _(Training is provided)_
- They will carry out spa deep cleaning - this does include deep cleaning the changing rooms, drains, sauna, steam room, poolside, gym, studio, hair salon etc.
- They will be required to have great attention to detail - spotting areas that require TLC.
- They will be the first point of call for our residents and members, so a positive attitude is required.
- They will lone work on weekends, making sure the spa operates smoothly for all guests
