**About the Role and Person**
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent
Whilst we have key responsibilities and these can be found in the job description, there are certain things we will need from you:
- Recognised Accountancy Qualification (CCAB) or significant relevant experience with a willingness to study
- Ability to build relationships and adapt services to meet others needs without compromising quality
- Experience of management accounts production and reporting
- Great analytical and report writing skills
- Proven ability to convey and communicate technical finance information to non finance professionals
- Experience of internal control monitoring, review process and system development.
- Experience in the finance function of a complex/diverse organisation.
- Experience and knowledge of complex financial accounting systems
- Experience of operating at a senior level in the finance team of a housing sector organisation or in a similar regulated environment
- Demonstrable ongoing commitment to CPD
**Location**
We’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.
**Salary**
The spot salary for this post is £45,000 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
