**JOB - CNC Turner Setter / Operator**
**LOCATION - Bristol**
**TERM - Permanent**
**SALARY - £30,000- £35,000 per annum dependent on experience **My client is looking to take on a CNC Machinist with setting and operating experience, on a permanent basis, in Bristol.
**The CNC Turner Setter / Operator will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Time Served Apprenticeship in Engineering / Manufacturing or similar or be QBE
- Have experience machining and manufacturing precision parts and components
- Producing high complexity components from a range of materials
- Doing preventative maintenance on the CNC Router machines and accessories
- Experience with experience in Fanuc, Mazak or Heidenhain or Daas controls
- Be able to read from engineering drawings
- Have previous experience working in a similar Machine Shop environment
- Any programming skills would be desirable but not essential
- Be able to work well alone as well as part of a team

**The CNC Turner Setter / Operator will involve**:

- Working with CNC machinery and producing plastic components
- Running multiple machines - small to medium batch work
- Inspecting components as required
- Operating the CNC router machine (Load, off load, Etc)
- Setting up jobs buy nesting and tooling via the provided software
- Reading from engineering drawings
- Have a flexible approach to work
