**About the role**:
We are currently recruiting a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Learning Support team in Oxfordshire, to effectively transition all learners with an Educational, Health and Care Plan EHCP into and out of college, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support interventions that contribute to their retention and achievement.
**What do you need to be successful as an EHCP Transition Coordinator at Activate Learning?**
You will have experience of working with learners who have an Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and have a wide knowledge of disabilities and learning difficulties. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating effective professional relationships with colleagues, learners and the wider community are essential. Good administrative skills required and flexibility to travel between campuses (Banbury and City of Oxford campuses, including Blackbird Leys).
This is a full-time position 08:30 - 17:00, 37 hours a week, with a 16:30 finish on a Friday..
