The OpportunityThe Learning Support Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering inclusive, high-quality support for students with diverse learning needs. You will oversee Learning Support Team Leaders and EHCP Coordinators, ensuring effective use of resources to help students achieve their potential—particularly those with EHCPs or High Needs Funding. This role is key to creating a supportive learning environment and includes deputising for the Head of SEND and Learning Support.You will also deputise for the Head of SEND and Learning Support when needed.This is a great opportunity to take up a newly created post in DCG and have a real, long-lasting impact on the organisation and our students.For a full explanation of the roles and responsibilities, please clickAbout YouWe are looking for a strong, emotionally intelligent leader with proven experience in SEND and Learning Support. You will have the ability to lead in demanding environments, make informed decisions, and drive team performance.The successful candidate will have a quality and in depth understanding of EHCPs, SEND Legislation and relevant statutory guidelines, e.g. SEND Code of Practice.
