**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their health needs and medication requirements.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to prescribed treatments and adjust as necessary to optimise care outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their medications, including potential side effects and interactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, prescriptions, and follow-up care.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacology and non-medical prescribing practices.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with a focus on patient care.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, including dosage calculations and contraindications.
- Solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology as it relates to prescribing practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to patients.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
