As this would be a developing role in line with progression of the company job specifications may change as the business dictates.

Therefore the applicant needs to have a flexible approach to the job role, working hours and specifications.

Initially we are looking for someone with the below skill set
- Thorough attention to detail
- Help manage the performance of stock and stock counts in-conjunction with Team Leader, counts in line with agreed parameters
- Follow basic instruction of days plan from team leader for incoming and outgoing goods
- To ensure stock adjustments are completed for all moving stock to minimize risks to the business and processes
- Consolidation of storage locations to free up space where possible
- Strong communication within your team
- Complete company paperwork for incoming and out-going goods
- Focus on continuous improvement and work with all departments to promote ‘one team’ culture
- Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met in line with company policies

You will be
- Have thorough attention to detail
- Self motivated and able to use own initiative
- Organized with good time management skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Flexibility with your working hours where required
- Familiarity with performing stock counts
- Ability to work well and communicate at all levels
- Forklift/counter balance license
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment

Working hours would be

Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm

Friday 8am to 2.30pm

Hourly rate of pay to be discussed

As mentioned above a flexible approach will be required.

Pay: From £11.50 per hour
