**Job Title: Warehouse Assistant (Pick and Pack Orders)**

**Location**: Ford, BN18 0BD, England

**Position Type**: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9-5.

We have on-site parking available for staff and are located 1 mile away from Ford train station and a bus stop for those using public transport.

We are currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team and contribute to our warehouse operations.

**Job Overview**: As a Warehouse Assistant specialising in pick and pack orders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders. You will work closely with the warehouse team to pick items from inventory according to customer orders and pack them securely for shipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders and packing lists.
- Ensure accuracy in picking items and quantities by double-checking orders before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping labels and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining organised inventory storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritise orders and meet deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for order processing.

This is a 2 stage interview process, with an initial interview with our hiring manager and a second with our managing director.
