**Accounts Administrator - hybrid working**

Expanding property management company seeking to expand their lovely Accounts Team. In this exciting role, industry-specific training will be provided to ensure your success. We are looking for someone who possesses strong numerical and analytical abilities and demonstrates exceptional organisational skills. This is a fast-paced position that requires the retention of a substantial amount of information, making a sharp memory crucial. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and client interactions.
- **Predominantly remote working but with 1 - 2 days per month in their Camberley offices.**
- Salary up to £30,000pa

**There will be lots to learn in this role as it will grow with your knowledge and confidence.Initially you will be**:

- Updating property database with contacts, contracts, payments, queries, budget
- Issuing payment demands via CRM
- Raising and checking invoices, adjusting for sales
- Working with property managers to resolve finance queries, speaking to home owners regarding ground rents, repairs to be invoiced
- Liaison with Accountants for accurate of data and records and month and year end.
- Some reconciliations and general Excel spreadsheet management.

**We are looking for someone**
- Highly organised, quick to learn
- Comfortable working with figures, some of it complex
- Intermediate Excel user
- Strong communicator with the confidence to question and seek information from a range of stakeholders.

You could be from a background in Sales or Purchase Ledger, Billing / Invoicing, Credit Control, Sales Administration, Banking, Procurement.Its your transferrable skills and personality which could make this role

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Work Location: Hybrid remote in camberley
