We are excited to be partnering with a well know Newcastle Law Firm in their search for a People Advisor to join their Newcastle based People Team.

Our client are a successful independent law firm offering quality legal advisory services - and the services that support them - to businesses, the public sector and individuals. They are a firm in which each person can thrive and succeed as an individual and in business. That encourages and supports entrepreneurialism.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established HR Advisor to join an ambitious People team. You will work alongside two other people advisors and be partnered with two or three of your own departments.

This not a particularly ER heavy environment but you will be competent with performance management, investigations/grievances/disciplinaries, mediation, will be really important so that you can confidently and efficiently advise managers, guiding and educating them when necessary.

There is plenty opportunity to use your creativity and commercial mind when it comes to project work. The project work includes covering everything from inclusion and wellbeing to Competency Frameworks, Leadership Performance, Performance Review, Attraction & Selection.
