Operating at Business Partner level, you’ll work closely with managers, Partners and employees to shape people practices, drive continuous improvement and support a positive and engaging culture.If you thrive in a friendly, collaborative team and enjoy building trusted relationships, we’d love to hear from you.What will I be doing?You will:Provide high-quality advice, guidance and support across the full range of People activities, including absence, performance, employee relations and change management.Coach and guide managers—helping them make confident, informed decisions and constructively challenging where needed.Assess risk and escalate issues appropriately, ensuring timely and accurate advice.Support the delivery of the People Business Plan and contribute to culture, leadership, performance, reward and capability-building projects.Work closely with the Head of People and People Manager to ensure seamless collaboration within the wider People Team.Contribute to policy and process development, ensuring our approach remains compliant, modern and effective.Analyse people data and metrics to spot trends, influence decisions and drive performance improvements.Prepare clear, regular reports to support firm-wide decision making.Deliver engaging inductions and support a great onboarding experience for new joiners.Partner with the Recruitment Manager on end-to-end hiring for experienced lateral roles, ensuring a smooth, innovative and candidate-focused recruitment process.What we’re looking forYou will have:Demonstrable employee relations experience at Advisor or HR Business Partner level.CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility across all levels.Experience leading or contributing to HR/People projects with measurable outcomes.A genuine interest in people data and using insights to drive decisions.Confidence working both autonomously and collaboratively.Resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.A proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement.What we can offer youWe’re committed to being a firm focused on support, development, wellbeing and inclusion and we’re always striving to improve.
